The week starts with the Community Strategy Hackathon on Thursday, 12th, where teams will tackle real-world challenges and design impactful solutions. After two inspiring Summit days packed with keynotes, panels, workshops, and networking, we’ll wrap up with the Unconference Plus Lisbon on November 14th —a unique, attendee-led day of discussions and insights in Central Lisbon.
