Listening Room: An Eulogy To My Spotify → What’s In My Crate by Lilia
This edition of Listening Room is presented by Lilia as vignettes of their journey from streaming platforms to what's in her crate now. Expect selections on wax, interspersed with reflections on the music, the producers behind it, and why certain records hold meaning for the artist.
The artist invites conversations between them and the audience during the moments of session, and would encourage you to dig into the crate alongside them.
The space will be open 3pm onwards with non-alcoholic cocktails and tea for sale. Listening room starts at 8pm. Please respect your fellow listeners by keeping noise to a minimum when music is playing.
About Lilia
Lilia is a DJ and co-producer of @freqshow__ from San Francisco. She is passionate about bringing the sounds of house, garage, and their offshoots to club spaces. Her own deep and garage house sound draws influence from the likes of Nervous, Guidance, and Moody Records and the 90s-00s New York, Chicago and West Coast house movements.
