bettervibe: Vibe Coding Workshop — Write Production-Ready Code with AI
AI coding tools are fast. Really fast. But speed creates its own problems — pull requests nobody wants to review, agents that drift off-plan, context windows that collapse mid-session, and code you shipped but don't fully understand. We've all been there.
This is a hands-on afternoon for developers who already use tools like Claude Code or Cursor and want to get better at it. Not "intro to AI coding" — more like "here's what we learned the hard way so you don't have to."
We'll cover how to structure your context files so the agent stops freelancing, how to break work into chunks that don't blow up, test loops that actually give you confidence, and where to draw the line between what you delegate and what you own. There's also a section on parallel agents and prescriptive architectures for those who want to push further.
Come if you:
Write code daily — professionally or on side projects. Have used Claude Code, Cursor, or something similar. Can read a diff and know when something looks wrong. Maybe you're a solopreneur or early-stage founder who ships their own code. You want concrete techniques you can apply the very next day, not theory.
Skip this one if:
You've never written or read code before. You're looking for a no-code / Lovable-style workflow. You want polished slides and no hands-on work.
The format:
60-minute intro to get everyone on the same page — CLAUDE.md best practices, compound engineering, context window fundamentals
Two hours of guided project work with real code and real problems, instructors circulating the room
We provide the projects, you just bring your laptop. We have some spare Anthropic API keys if you need them.
Beers, snacks, and conversation from 4 PM onward
17 spots, three instructors
Your instructors:
Dominik Grusemann — Co-founded Marbles AI, former CTO of Chatchamp (acquired 2023), previously led agile engineering at BMW's autonomous driving division.
Traun Leyden — 20+ years shipping backend systems in Go, Python, and Rust. Ex-Databricks, ex-Couchbase. Cofounder of Fluensy.app.
Adam Charnock — Runs bare-metal Kubernetes infrastructure for SMEs. Previously contracted at Twitter and Blocknative. 18 years of production systems.
