This is a 1-hour hands-on session showing VC and PE partners, principals, analysts, and deal teams how to automate buyer surfacing for a position you need to exit, using Claude AI agents inside Claude Cowork.
We walk you through a production-ready multi-agent workflow that takes a position you hold and produces a ranked, sourced buyer shortlist with an approach order, so by the end of the session you can turn a position profile and your buyer databases into a defensible outreach list without building it by hand.

Section 1: Running the Full Buyer-Surfacing Workflow How to have Claude run the entire engine in one sequence. A Deal Captain restates the position and surfaces what is missing before anything runs. A Buyer Cartographer maps three universes, strategic acquirers, financial sponsors, and secondary or CV buyers, with the specific signal behind every name. A Fit Scorer ranks them on strategic logic, capital, and timing. Then a Bull argues why each top buyer moves in the next twelve months, a Bear on a fresh turn argues why each one passes, and a Judge weighs them into a ranked shortlist with an approach order. The run ends at the Signal Watch Dog, which rejects any buyer not tied to a stated signal, with a confirmed owner of capital and a timing rationale. You see exactly what surfaces and how the seats coordinate.
Section 2: Turning the Workflow into a Reusable Skill How to capture that run order as a Claude skill so it executes the same way every time. We build the skill that encodes each seat, its prompt, the routing logic, and the gate, so the engine stops being a sequence you paste by hand and becomes a single instruction Claude follows end to end. You leave able to run the whole shortlist build from one command against any new position.
Section 3: Root Files and Workspace Configuration How the files driving the workflow actually work: the workspace identity and house rules that keep every run on standard, the skill file for the buyer-surfacing engine, the editable scoring criteria that hold your fit thresholds and signal definitions so your team can tune the bar without touching code, and the coordinated agent files behind the Bull, Bear, Judge, and Watch Dog. Configure these once and every position you run gets surfaced, scored, and stress-tested against the same standard.
Section 4: The Scheduling Prompt How to configure Claude to keep the buyer universe warm. Point the engine at your deal signals and have the Cartographer and Watch Dog re-scan the buyer set on a trigger, flagging new acquirers as signals appear, so the list is current the day you decide to move rather than rebuilt from scratch.
