​ADDD is back for a new summer edition 🌴📊🌊

​We’re coming back to Amsterdam for another evening where data meets design on Wed 17 June. For this edition, we’ll explore visual storytelling, research-led practice, and purpose-driven communication—through three distinct perspectives from the world of information design.

​Martina Zunica — visual storytelling and workshops

​Martina is a freelance information designer dedicated to transforming data into powerful narratives. With a focus on visual storytelling and creativity, she specializes in crafting original and compelling data visualizations, infographics, and reports—both static and interactive. Outside of client work, Martina brings a playful sensibility to their practice. She has taught Information Design at university, spoken at international conferences, and facilitated workshops that invite people into the world of data visualization. Martina is also the co-founder of the Journal DataViz Challenge, a community of dataviz practitioners exploring the impact of small data on everyday life.

​Stefan Pullen — infodesign and neuroscience

​Stefan Pullen is a seasoned freelance information designer who brings a blend of expertise and creativity to visual storytelling. With a background in neuroscience, he shifted their career toward data visualization, focusing on crafting engaging visuals that uncover patterns in complex data. Stefan is a silver Rising Star Award recipient at the Information is Beautiful Awards. Outside of client projects, he stays curious—exploring new tools and techniques, visiting art exhibitions, attending cultural events, and traveling for inspiration.

​Marta Sierra Garcia — infographics and reports

​Marta Sierra Garcia is a graphic and information designer based in Amsterdam. With over 10 years of experience, she works mainly with purpose-driven organisations in the sustainability sector. She approaches her work through systems thinking, with complex and interconnected data where one number never tells the full story. Material flows, causal loops, environmental impact, carbon footprints...she works across sectors to make these relationships visible. Marta covers the full design process: reports, infographics, templates, and branding, everything a client needs to communicate clearly and consistently. In her free time, she takes a more personal approach to data, drawing visualizations by hand and collecting personal data as a way to stay curious, learn about herself, and keep the creative practice alive.
