Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) will affect around 40% of English councils over the course of this Parliament. They will need to make choices about technology and culture of the new councils, and manage complex change projects to strict deadlines.

We'll be joined by Kate Hurr of Cumberland Council and Chris Wales from Brighton & Hove Council, veterans of the LGR process. They'll share hard earned lessons and answer attendee questions.
