Emma Woollcott is a Partner at Mishcon de Reya and leads the firm's Reputation Protection and Crisis Management team. With 20 years of experience as a strategic media litigator, she works with prominent individuals, families, and organisations to co-ordinate responses to crisis situations, personal disputes, and media scrutiny. Her work spans many family office clients, making her insights particularly relevant to chiefs of staff working in that environment.
Victoria Pigott is Chair of Mishcon Private. Her own practice specialises in complex commercial matters, family business disputes, director and shareholder disputes, fraud, and asset protection. She acts for a wide variety of clients including high net worth individuals, corporations, families, and family offices, serving as a trusted adviser on disputes that can range from business partner disagreements to matters involving children, education, and family relationships.
