ABOUT THE GALA
Your vendor fee covers:
1-VIP ticket & luxury VIP swag bag (worth $95)
2-Brand Positioning, Brand Credibility & Brand Exposure
3- Special social media promotion of your brand before, during & after the event by our marketing team
4-Professional event photography and video coverage of your booth
5-Direct access to market your brand to our members. This is an opportunity to showcase your brand to a specially curated audience of women entrepreneurs and bloggers; not simply rent a table at a marketplace.
VENDOR EXPECTATIONS & LOGISTICS
• Vendor Space: Each vendor will receive a designated exhibition space of 7x4ft to showcase their products.
• Seating: 2 chairs will be provided per vendor.
• Table: Vendors must bring their own table suitable for their designated space. 6ft tables can be provided for an extra charge of $25.
• Setup: Vendors must arrive at 3pm to set up and complete setup by 4pm.
• Display: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own products, tablecloths, signage, display materials, and necessary supplies.
• Presentation: Booths must be professionally presented, organized, and maintained throughout the event.
• Participation: Vendors are expected to engage with attendees and represent their brands professionally.
• Guidelines: All vendors must follow event instructions, venue rules, and setup/breakdown schedules.
• Promotion: Vendor fees include event participation and promotional opportunities but do not guarantee sales. Spots will be allocated at the restaurant’s outdoor patio area installed with outdoor heaters. Please feel free to reach out to us to receive pictures & video of the space. Limited spots available!
