IT’S A BOT TIME brings the All-In community together on Friday morning for live AI agent demos, rapid-fire questions, and honest lessons from production.
No theory. No vision talks. No long introductions.
Four builders will show what they’ve built and share what happened when their agents met real users, real data, and the messy constraints of the real world.

• 9:00–9:25 AM — Doors open, check-in, coffee, and breakfast

The format
Each featured builder gets 8 minutes total: five minutes to present, followed by three minutes of rapid-fire Q&A
We’re strict about the five-minute presentation. That means choosing one punchline, one workflow, or one lesson, not trying to explain your entire company.
Find one screen that represents your talk. Terminal, image, or source code, and walk us through it.
A landing-page walkthrough works too. Pull up your page and walk us through the product, the copy, and what you’re building.
Think one slide’s worth of material, with 3 bullet points.
Have your AI’s output ready. There won’t be time to stand around waiting for a model to respond.
Show us the messy parts. Talk about what broke, what surprised you, and what you learned in production.
Then come the questions. Expect three minutes of direct, rapid-fire Q&A from the audience.
No slide decks. We hate slide decks.
