​​Why this theme?

​For some, society provides a never-ending supply of devices, activities and even ideas to keep us hooked. Are we simply 'addiction-swapping' and not getting to the root cause? What is the reason some people are more susceptible to these tendencies than others?

​What are the core values of this group?

​This is a personal development group, open to men and women interested in developing themselves.
Think EQ rather than IQ. How you turn up in groups and how you remain present in the session. Further guidelines will be explained at the start of each group.

The session takes place in English.

​What is the group size?

​A maximum of 8 participants will be joining to help maintain an intimate and personal atmosphere.

What is the schedule?

​Arrive between 1:45pm and 2pm. Please pay on arrival in CASH (60k COP).

Introductions. Prompts. Reflections then an optional social after the session finishes at 4pm.

Where will it take place?

​In a private space In deepest Laureles. The exact location will be made available upon registration.

Is this therapy?

​Addictions can be life-altering. Whilst the session encourages open expression, if you're experiencing a traumatic episode in your life, or feel you need undivided attention, a group such as this is not the ideal environment. Instead, seek the support of a counsellor or therapist. A conversation with a trusted friend or family member might also be of value.

​60k COP. Doors open 1:45pm. Please arrive early and pay in cash.

Cancellation Terms

​48+ hour before event; no charge. That is, by 2pm on Thursday 22 January 2026. There is a 100% cancellation charge thereafter.
