The Singapore tech ecosystem is comfortable. It’s time to break the bubble.
THE OUTPOST is a highly focused, immersive residency designed for builders who want to stop talking about startups and actually launch them. Hosted at the Network School campus in Forest City, JB, this isn’t a weekend hackathon of throwaway slide decks. It is a 14-day crucible where elite developers, designers, and domain experts lock in to build and scale alongside on-the-ground venture capitalists, angel investors, and market disruptors.
We are selecting just 20 builders per cohort to step out of their routines, get completely locked-in on the frontier, and build something built to last.

The Thesis: Build & Disrupt
We aren't here to build generic AI wrappers or gimmicks. We are here to disrupt traditional business models and build high-utility, sustainable ventures.
Build: You will have total autonomy to build software or platforms that solve real-world inefficiencies. You’ll leverage industry-leading infrastructure from our partners to create robust, production-ready systems.
Disrupt: Instead of a traditional, artificial 3-minute pitch at the end of a weekend, VCs and investors will be on the ground, living and working alongside you during the building phase. They will see your process, your technical execution, and your problem-solving in real-time. You are building a business from day one, with the capital to back it waiting at the finish line.

Thanks to our ecosystem partners, the residency is heavily subsidized. Your all-inclusive ticket covers everything you need so you can focus 100% of your energy on execution:
Accommodation: 14 nights in a premium hotel room (shared occupancy, same-sex pairing: M-M / F-F).
