Lindsey brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience across industries including construction, energy, consumer packaged goods, professional services and nonprofits. Before founding Pivot Associates, she served as COO of a public accounting firm and CAO at Death Wish Coffee Company, where she has led HR, IT, safety, and community engagement through rapid expansion and company transitions. Her career is defined by building collaborative leadership teams, driving top-line financial growth and delivering measurable business value while growing the skills and capabilities of teams.
Lindsey is an honoree of the Albany Business Review “40 Under 40” and dedicated to making a positive impact in her community.
