Maoz Lakovski
Guy Lachman
Guy Lachmann is a Partner and Co-Chair of the IL Hi-Tech Practice at Pearl Cohen, advising technology companies, entrepreneurs, venture capital investors, and multinational corporations on venture financings, M&A, strategic investments, and complex cross-border transactions. With extensive experience across the technology ecosystem, Guy works closely with companies from early-stage formation through growth and international expansion, with particular expertise in fintech, AI, cybersecurity, enterprise software, digital health, and other emerging technologies. His practice has a strong international focus, including significant work connecting the Israeli technology sector with the United States, Japan, Germany, and other global markets. Guy is recognized by leading international legal directories, including Chambers and Legal 500, for his work in the technology and VC sectors, and is a faculty member at the Reichman University School of Entrepreneurship and the School of Law.
Yaffa Cohen-Ifrah is a global marketing and investor relations executive and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience scaling B2B enterprise tech brands and building multi-billion-dollar enterprise value. Most recently serving as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Investor Relations at a leading mid-market global insurance software company, Yaffa has spearheaded global go-to-market strategies, brand transformations, and capital market positioning that drive sustained growth. Today, she advises high-growth scale-ups on positioning, category leadership, and GTM execution while empowering the next generation of tech leaders to build resilient, highly visible professional brands.
Boaz has over 20 years of experience in international relations, technology and entrepreneurship. At Mindset Ventures, he has led investments in more than 30 companies and serves on the boards of over 10 startups. As part of his role in Mindset’s Value Creation area, he works closely with portfolio founders, connecting them with potential customers, providing mentorship across different areas, supporting key hires, and helping create and refine corporate and fundraising presentations. Through this hands-on work, he has built close relationships with founders and continuously supports the growth of their companies. He recently joined as an advisor to the venture team of Macquarie Capital which invests in B2B Enterprise Software companies across the globe. Macquarie is a global financial institution with more than 25,000 employees and presence in 35 countries. Prior to joining Mindset Ventures, Boaz was the Israeli Economic Consul in Brazil and headed the Israeli Trade & Investment Mission in São Paulo.
TJ (Tsion) Gonen
TJ Gonen is a seasoned cybersecurity entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience. Currently, he serves as an Operating Advisor at Nautic Partners, where he spearheads all cybersecurity investments for the Providence-based private equity firm. Prior to joining Nautic, TJ established and was the general manager for Check Point’s $200M cloud security business unit after his cloud security startup was acquired in 2020 by the company. In addition TJ served as a board member and strategic advisor to several early stage cyber startups and played a key role in several successful ventures including Polar Security (IBM), Solebit (Mimecast), Calypso.AI (F5), DevOcean (Pentera) among others.
Keren Milman is a founding member and Chief Operating Officer of Mesh Payments, where she built the company’s operations and customer organization from the ground up, and grew its sales function until it was ready to stand on its own. Her career has moved from Tel Aviv to Warsaw to Sofia to Berlin to New York, building and leading international teams along the way, and she established Mesh’s US office. She brings close to two decades in fintech and payments, with deep expertise in commercial strategy and customer operations: VP of Business Development at Fraugster, Director of Client Relations at SafeCharge (now Nuvei), and Head of Relationship Management for Central & Eastern Europe at PayPal, after beginning her management career at Microsoft. In 2025 she was named one of NYC FinTech Women’s Inspiring FinTech Females.
