Finding Cohousing Properties [public]

​Some of you have barely considered cohousing. Others are actively looking for properties. We thought y'all should meet each other!

​We'll also host a discussion about finding properties in this macro environment. Brian Elbogen has been a proptech entrepreneur and financial engineer for 10+ years. He's also got 3 young kids and has visited 15+ cohousing communities nationwide. He'll be talking about how to start with multifamily buildings that already exist, using tools like TIC conversions and synthetic assumable mortgages. I'll also demo a prototype tool that can help identify viable properties anywhere in the Bay.
