What is AI Builders? A self-organizing nonprofit community of 5000+ AI nerds 🤓. We're building a democratic AI platform, to make our community completely co-owned and co-governed by you (yes, all attendees).
Will it be recorded? Yes, some sessions are streamed live and recorded. By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed. Let us know if you don't want to be on camera.
I'm not technical. Can I come? Yes, but to actually enjoy the meetup we recommend understanding basic LLM concepts: Agents, Embeddings, RAG, MCPs, Inference, Structured Output, Finetuning, APIs, Reinforcement Learning. Not sure what those mean? Ask any chatbot — that's literally what they're for.
Why do I need to pay? 1) So we know how many people will show up — less food waste and better allocation of limited seats. 2) Sponsorships don't cover all our costs (yet)! Every euro goes back into the community.
Can I get a free ticket? Can I volunteer? Money should never be the reason not to join. If you need a sponsored ticket, or want to help out by arriving 1.5h early to set up, message AI.
Can I demo, give a talk, or just help out? Message AI if you want to shine ✨ on stage and grow your network — community demos are 10 minutes, builder demos are 15-20 minutes.
What time does the event start? The event starts at 18:00 on Thursday, 9 July.
Where is the venue located? The event will be held at beyond The Bower, 207 Old St, London EC1V 9NR, London.
Is food provided? Yes! We'll have pizza and drinks available.
