This is part 2 of a Science Rave which involved 20 volunteers in Part 1 (on 4 December) for a world-first open science study on joy, synchrony, and human connection — right here at Frontier Tower.
Everyone can join the Science Rave on 9 December, whether you are in the study or not! There will be refreshments and networking throughout the event.
The format will be a little different to stage 1, with more music design and rave experience:
The first hour or so between 4:30- 5:30 pm we will be running phase 2 of the experiment to measure the response of our volunteers to 5 specially designed music tracks of different BPMs and frequencies (about 8 minutes in total) separated by 5 minute intervals.
Then we move into the Longevity Rave element measuring dance synchrony with our volunteers and everyone else joining the event, until it closes at 8:30 pm.
