​Loop Café is a show-and-tell for anyone who's built a loop that actually works with AI tools. An engineer running a fleet of agents. A marketer who rebuilt the whole day on Claude routines. An ops lead who killed the task they used to dread. If you built it and it works, bring it. Open your laptop, show the real thing, tell us how you got there.

​How will Loop Café work

​Everyone gets a turn at the screen. Show your real loop, then tell the story behind it: the problem it solves, how you built it, what you learned the hard way. Every demo has to hit three beats:

• ​What it does

• ​How it works: the prompt, the context, the tooling

• ​What it costs in tokens (or the trick that cut it), plus what broke and how you fixed it

​Besides these demos, we’ll run an open-mic round for anyone to ask questions or share tactical learnings.

​Anyone can grab the screen to ask a question or drop a tactical tip. You leave with something you can use tomorrow: token-optimization tricks, a model-for-usecase cheat sheet, and a handful of people to text the next time you're stuck.

​Who's in the room

​We curate for range: technical and non-technical builders, simple loops and gnarly ones. This is a perfect space for:

• ​Hands-on builders: engineers, technical founders, and indie hackers running agents daily.

• ​Power-user operators: non-engineering folks doing serious workflow automation in ops, GTM, and design.

• ​Everyone in between: a model or tooling insider, a researcher, or anyone building functional loops to make work (and life) easier.
