Led by chef Santiago Giralt, trained at Alkimia and Alkostat, Salsa reimagines Mexican cuisine with a refined, elevated touch, bold flavors, top-quality ingredients, and deep respect for the product.

​We’ll gather in their private room, the perfect setting for an evening of good food, meaningful conversation, and that vibrant energy that makes Barcelona nights unforgettable.
