​I have been to a lot of networking events. And honestly, most of them follow the same pattern.

​A few people dominate the conversation, making it hard for anyone else to get a word in. Others are only there to sell something. Introductions go on forever, and by the time you get to an actual conversation, time is up.

​You leave with a handful of names you will never follow up on, and that feeling that you didn't find who and what you were looking for.

​I wanted to create something different. Something with more signal and less noise.

​Find Your People is a 90-minute online networking session for educators, innovators and aspiring changemakers who are done with surface-level networking and want something more honest, purposeful and real.
