A focused, practical online programme for business leaders and senior functional executives who want to understand what AI can actually do, apply it to a live business challenge, and develop a credible route towards implementation.
Across four interactive live sessions, you will work on an opportunity from your own organisation. You will use AI to explore the opportunity, test assumptions, develop a prototype or practical concept, challenge the results and create clear recommendations for what to do next.

Who This Is For
The AI Sprint is designed primarily for business leaders, senior functional executives, managers and team leaders who want to move from AI awareness to practical application.
It will be particularly relevant if you are responsible for improving operations, services, productivity, customer experience, business processes or developing new opportunities.
You do not need to be technical or know how to code.
You should, however, be prepared to work actively on a genuine business opportunity throughout the programme.
What You Will Work On
You will bring a practical AI opportunity from your own organisation and develop it through the four sessions.
Examples could include improving a repetitive process, creating an internal knowledge assistant, improving customer or employee support, automating parts of a workflow, improving decision support, or developing a new AI enabled service.
The objective is to move from:
“We should do something with AI”
to:
“Here is the opportunity, what we have tested, what we have learned, the business case and what we recommend doing next.”
What You Will Leave With
By the end of the Sprint, the aim is that you will have a clear AI opportunity, a better understanding of its potential business value, a prototype or practical concept, an understanding of the process, data, risks and governance implications, and a sponsor ready recommendation for the next stage.
The prototype is deliberately lightweight. Depending on your opportunity, it could be a workflow, prompt based assistant, interactive tool, mock up or simple demonstrator.
The objective is not to build a production system during four sessions. It is to learn quickly, test whether the opportunity is worth pursuing and create a stronger basis for a pilot or implementation decision.

The AI Sprint is designed to help you decide what to do with it.
You will work hands on with AI, not simply watch demonstrations.
You will test AI rather than automatically accepting its answers.
You will explore where human judgement, data, security and governance matter.
And you will learn alongside a small group of other experienced business people applying AI to different real world challenges.
The emphasis throughout is on business value and practical change, not technology for its own sake.

Four live online sessions over two weeks, plus a follow up session
Monday 16 November, 16:00 to 18:00 UK time
Identify the AI Opportunity
Wednesday 18 November, 16:00 to 18:00 UK time
Shape the Use Case and Business Case
Monday 23 November, 16:00 to 18:00 UK time
Build and Test the Prototype or MVP Concept
Wednesday 25 November, 16:00 to 18:00 UK time
Create the Action Ready Recommendation and Implementation Plan
A follow up session will be agreed with participants.
The cohort is deliberately kept focused to encourage interaction, discussion and learning from one another.
Tools
We use accessible AI tools and no coding experience is required.
Claude will be recommended for some exercises, particularly practical prototyping. Participants can also use ChatGPT or another AI tool they already work with.
We use dummy or non sensitive information during the programme. Confidential, personal or commercially sensitive organisational information should not be used in the Sprint exercises.
