"Unicorn Night" is an acclaimed annual Slush Side Event with world-class speakers, an epic afterparty, and a unique touch of magic organised in the heart of Helsinki! 🦄
This year, we’re exploring leadership in 2025 – what it takes to lead, build, and grow teams in a world that’s constantly changing.
Expect conversations that challenge old ideas and highlight what truly matters for the leaders of tomorrow: trust, resilience, and sustainable growth.
The evening is wrapped up with an afterparty fuelled by the DJ, food & drinks, and the great company of 300 guests from 30+ countries!

The event is organised by Hanken Business Lab, a startup incubator that provides growth-oriented support services to its resident startups and entrepreneurs through mentoring, workshops, community-building activities, and access to resources in both Helsinki and Vaasa.
