This careers evening brings together Muslim students and professionals for an inspiring lineup of keynote speakers, industry panels, and networking opportunities across sectors including Tech, Engineering, Consulting, Finance, Medicine, and more.
Purpose of the Event:
To assist students in securing employment post education amidst one of the toughest graduate job markets in recent history.
To bridge the gap between strong academic success and limited career progression among young Muslims, as highlighted by the government.
To tackle structural barriers such as bias, lack of networks, and underrepresentation identified in a University of Manchester study on Muslim poverty.
To create access and opportunity through direct connections with employers, mentors, and professionals who understand both career and faith contexts.
To empower and inspire Muslim students to turn aspiration into action, showcasing faith-driven excellence across industries.
To build lasting networks that strengthen social mobility and long-term professional growth within the Muslim community.
