Every growing business has a support inbox outrunning the people answering it, and most assume the fix is years away.It's a weekend project. This beginner session teaches you to build customer support agents with LangGraph on AWS: the framework behind AI that routes, looks things up, remembers, and knows when to stop and ask a human. We'll map the vocabulary (state, nodes, edges, routing, tools, memory, RAG, human-in-the-loop) onto a phone call to a bank, then watch a live agent answer from a real product knowledge base and freeze mid-refund until a manager approves. You'll leave with Kiro credits, starter code, and a step-by-step tutorial to build the whole thing yourself, plus how to turn it into paid work with businesses in the area.
