AI x Strategy Workshop
Build a strategy for your own business in 90 minutes, using what you already pay for.
Most people using AI are doing the same thing. One chat window, one question, one answer, close the tab. It works, it is mildly useful, and it is a fraction of what you are already paying for.
This session is for people past the beginner stage who have hit a ceiling. You know the tools. Nobody has shown you the shape they go in.
Your Host
Nabeel, from London now living in Abu Dhabi, runs Fifty Third Street, a consultancy working with pre-Series A startups, and is Managing Partner at Capital57. He has spent twenty years in startups and the last few building the AI systems he now runs his own businesses on.
What we do in the session
You bring your own numbers. Nothing theoretical, nothing from somebody else’s case study.
In 90 minutes you work out where your business actually sits, what your competitors are really doing, and what it would take to move. You leave with a strategy document you wrote yourself, and a task that updates autonomously.
All of it on your own laptop, in your own account.
What you leave with
A one page strategy document for your business. A monthly task that keeps it current without you. Five prompts you can point at anything. A readiness score, taken at the start and again at the end. And a cheat sheet for your industry, in your inbox before you reach the car park.
What this is not
No slides about the future of work. No tools you have to go and buy. Everything we use is already inside a subscription you have.
Who it is for
Owners and senior people in small businesses who already use AI most weeks and suspect they are using a tenth of it.
Who it is not for
Anyone who has not used Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini before. You would spend the session watching rather than building. There will be a separate session for that.
How it works
By application. There is preparation to do in the week before, and it is the difference between a useful session and a wasted one. Sessions are recorded for our own notes, and applying counts as agreeing to that.
Three things you need before the day
1. A paid Claude account. The entry tier is enough. Free accounts cannot do the last half hour of this session.
2. The Claude desktop app, installed and signed in.
3. Signed in to the Google account you actually use for work, in the same browser.
And the preparation
Everything you build comes out of what you bring. Thin preparation, thin strategy document. Have these ready as files or notes:
Your last three months of revenue, split by what you sell.
Your top ten customers.
Your current prices.
Anyone you lost in the last six months, and why.
Your team size and who does what.
One page in your own words on what you think is going wrong.
And the names of three competitors.
None of it leaves your own account or domain.
