About Event

Everyone says they’re AI-native. But look closer: most companies are still AI-integrated — the same teams, the same org charts, with AI bolted onto a few existing workflows.

The harder question is not whether you use AI, but what AI changes about the way you build a company. The same models are available globally, but founders in Singapore, China, the US, and beyond are building with different constraints: different customers, talent markets, distribution channels, and business ecosystems.

A 12-person team selling across four markets. A founder running a company with AI agents instead of a large team. A startup replacing traditional software with AI-powered outcomes. AI doesn't only change what companies do, but also what companies are.

No one has the perfect blueprint yet, but one thing's for sure: the most valuable lessons come from founders experimenting, rebuilding, and sometimes rolling back what didn’t work.

So come on August 4. Spend an evening with 100 builders comparing what AI-native really means across markets — and leave with answers you couldn’t have found in case studies online.

WHAT WILL WE COVER?

  • How AI-Native Is Your Org?

  • Why do different AI-native companies emerge in different markets?

  • What actually makes a one-person company work?

  • When AI raises your team's output, are you hiring more people because of it—or fewer?

  • What is the first function you've stopped hiring for, or would never hire for again?

  • Where is AI already capable, but you still refuse to let it take the wheel?

  • What should your company charge for?

WHO THIS IS FOR?
