Building For Enterprise: Private Breakfast with Wells Fargo Tech Bank & President Larry Kramer
What does it actually take for a growing tech company to get in front of, and work with, a major enterprise?
LSE Generate and Wells Fargo Tech Bank are bringing together a select group of founders in New York City for a private breakfast at Wells Fargo’s Hudson Yards offices, joined by Rahul Baig, Managing Director at Wells Fargo and Head of Venture Capital Coverage (and LSE alum!), and Professor Larry Kramer, President and Vice Chancellor of LSE.
As large organisations increasingly look outside their own walls for emerging technology, particularly across AI, fintech, cybersecurity, data, cloud and enterprise software, there is a growing opportunity for startups to win significant enterprise customers.
But getting through the door is only part of it. Who actually owns the decision? How do enterprise buyers evaluate emerging technology? What makes it through procurement? How do you build an internal champion? And what turns an interesting conversation into a real commercial relationship?
The morning will give selected LSE founders the opportunity to sit down with senior leaders from Wells Fargo’s technology and innovation ecosystem, hear how they approach emerging technology, and ask the questions that are often difficult to get answered from the outside.
Wells Fargo works with founders not only as a bank, but also as a major technology buyer and investor, making this a particularly valuable conversation for companies looking to scale in the US.
Founders will also have the opportunity to introduce what they’re building, share their enterprise use case, and receive candid feedback from the Wells Fargo team.
For this first edition, we’re looking for (but not limited to) founders working across fintech, financial services, cybersecurity, enterprise software, AI, data, cloud and infrastructure.
There are only 12 seats available. If you’re already selling to, or actively targeting, enterprise customers and would like to join us, please complete the application form thoughtfully.
