Use AI without outsourcing your judgment
Most AI training teaches you how to get more from the tools.
This workshop is about something different:
How do we get more from AI without giving away the thinking, judgment and human connection that matter?
Mindful AI Solutions presents the AI Clarity Workshop — a curated half-day experience for 25 professionals who are shaping how AI is used at work.
Who is it for?
This session is for anyone who wants to work with AI without giving up clarity, judgment or ownership.
Leaders, managers and senior professionals
Product, technology, innovation and transformation professionals
L&D, HR, change and organisational-development practitioners
Consultants, founders, entrepreneurs and independent professionals
Creatives, researchers, educators and anyone regularly using AI to think, create or make decisions
You do not need to be an AI expert. If AI is becoming part of how you work, think, create or make decisions, this session is designed to help you use it with more clarity, intention and ownership.
We will explore practical questions such as:
When should I use AI — and when should I deliberately not use it?
How do I avoid blindly accepting an answer just because it sounds convincing?
How can I use AI to improve my thinking rather than replace it?
What happens to collaboration when everyone starts working alone with AI?
How do teams stay accountable when AI increasingly produces the work?
You will experience practical techniques including:
Clarify before you create
Give AI the context, then ask it to interview you with the most important questions before generating an answer.
Review before you rely
Ask AI to critique its own output, challenge its assumptions and improve the answer before you accept it.
Pair brainstorming with AI
Instead of one person talking to AI, explore what happens when two humans + AI think together.
Human Owning the Loop
Move beyond simply keeping a “human in the loop.” The human remains responsible for the purpose, judgment, decisions and consequences.
We will also explore a strange new reality of AI-enabled work:
The writer doesn't write anymore.
The reader doesn't read anymore.
So who is doing the thinking?
By the end of the workshop, you will leave with:
A practical approach for working with AI more intentionally
Better ways to question, challenge and improve AI output
Greater awareness of over-reliance and automation bias
New approaches for using AI collaboratively within teams
Your own principles for keeping human judgment and ownership at the centre
Ideas you can immediately take back into your work and organisation
A sharper instinct for recognising when confident AI output deserves scrutiny.
This is not an anti-AI workshop.
We believe AI gives us extraordinary new capabilities.
The question is how we use those capabilities without quietly giving away the very skills that make us valuable.
September 12 is a rare open edition of the Mindful AI workshop. Our next phase will focus primarily on bringing this work inside organisations and teams.
We believe AI gives us extraordinary new capabilities.
The question is not whether we use it. It is how consciously we use it — and what happens to our attention, judgment and relationships when we do.
Used mindlessly, AI can become a substitute for thinking.
Used mindfully, it can become a tool for thinking better.
That is what this workshop is about.
Guarantee: If you don't feel the workshop meaningfully sharpened how you think about and work with AI, speak to us at the end and we'll refund your ticket within 7 days. No awkwardness.
Limited to 25 participants.
