🎤 Speakers: 
Ian Hardingham (Oxford Brain Diagnostics)
Ian is the Chief Technology Officer of Oxford Brain Diagnostics (OBD).  Ian is spearheading OBDs technology strategy towards cloud automation, designing and building scalable products that address some of the key challenges drug developers and clinicians currently face in Dementia and other Neurological disorders.
Prior to joining OBD, Ian was a highly accomplished entrepreneur, technology designer and systems architect. He was co-founder and CEO of Mode 7 Ltd, an Oxford-based technology and games developer and publisher. Mode 7 disrupted the online gaming space with their hugely popular "simultaneous turn-based" paradigm, headlined by PC Gamer's Strategy Game of the Year 2011 Frozen Synapse. They also provided CMS systems used on over 70 television shows on BBC, ITV, Sky, and others, as well as working in the physical interaction space, partnering with Novint Technologies on their motorised input device known as The Falcon.
Cezary Skarżyński (OVHcloud)
OVHcloud is a leading European cloud provider, known for secure, high-performance infrastructure and strong data sovereignty. Cezary leads the Startup Programme for the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe, helping founders scale with discounted cloud credits, technical guidance, investor connections, and visibility across the tech ecosystem. He has supported many early-stage companies in raising and remains an active mentor, jury member, and speaker at major European innovation events including the European Economic Congress.
