Designing within the Lines | LUNO x HWA Construction

Designing Within the Lines | LUNO Design x HWA

An evening conversation with Noel Fedosh of LUNO Design Studio on designing homes within LA's toughest design review processes.

Join HWA Construction (@hwaconstruction) on Thursday, October 15 at our headquarters for an evening with Noel Fedosh of LUNO Design Studio (@lunodesignstudio).

Many of LA's most sought-after neighborhoods have Design Review Boards, historic overlays and neighborhood restrictions. Noel will draw on real LUNO projects across Los Angeles to cover:

• How design review requirements shape early design decisions

• What tends to catch homeowners off guard during the process

• Why understanding a property's constraints early leads to a stronger, more efficient design process

We’ll be offering guests complimentary portraits before and after the conversation.

Schedule

• [5:30 PM] Doors open, drinks and bites, and complimentary portraits.

• [6:00 PM] Conversation with Noel Fedosh

• [6:30 PM] Audience Q&A

• [6:45–7:30 PM] Mingle and complimentary portraits.
