I invite you to this challenge and if the overall cost of the most sustainable solutions is not cheaper than what you are currently spending, you get your money back!
During this workshop and tour:
We will explore how to achieve big cost savings monthly through circular and regenerative practices, and during the tour you will meet local vendors at Mercat de Santa Caterina and do your quality shopping plastic-free, waste-free, and locally sourced (for the most part).
We will go in depth on why the misconception on sustainable being expensive is so common, and you will walk out with your own personalized shopping list and clear monthly cost savings (numbers and all) that you can implement right away.
Sustainable is inherently cheaper and to achieve that result every time we will cover:
a shortcut to establishing what makes a product or action sustainable
swaps that work for you
a clear savings breakdown using a simple table

What you will need:
Shopping list of 20 items (look below for more info) make sure to include 2 or more food items that you need to buy for the week anyways!
Several food containers (tupperware) that you have at home. We can provide containers at an extra cost for both return or sale.
Shopping lists: you can include up to 20 items that you find especially tricky to buy sustainable without overspending all the way from groceries, to clothing, electronics… look around your house or office for inspiration.
To get the best results, have the prices of what you currently buy ready. You can go an extra step, have a look at your spending habits, our bank accounts say plenty. What have you spent most on last month?
Don't forget to include produce and fresh foods that you need to buy for the week anyways. You will get to complete this shopping during the tour.

A big part of the tour is to bring customers back to local markets that are currently losing to big chain supermarkets that have turned into monopolies dictating the prices of foods and undercutting quality for profit. Our goal is to promote local high quality produce and the vendors providing us with these options whose jobs are getting increasingly more difficult in our current system. We want to avoid quality from turning into exclusive luxury items by showing different ways of navigating shopping to ensure that a sustainable way of shopping is always more affordable.
The tour is available to accommodate you whether you shop during the day or the evenings with more dates coming up and is elevated with a super practical circular economy session as an add-on to this format and can be booked by businesses and participants that want more advanced programs.
