Service95 Dinner Service x Holy Carrot
In a world where we’re constantly scrolling, we’ve fallen into the habit of consuming culture alone. Dinner Service is an invitation to do the opposite.
Our supper club series brings together some of our favourite things: good food, good conversation and the stories and people at the heart of Service95. We believe culture is at its best when shared, so we’re taking our newsletter off-screen and bringing it to the dinner table.
The next edition takes place at Holy Carrot in Spitalfields, centred around the theme Moving Slowly.
The menu reflects that spirit, with fermentation and vegetable-led cooking at its core. Head chef Daniel Watkins celebrates the power of seasonal produce, working with small-scale growers to source fresh, organic ingredients and allowing what’s available, not what’s expected, to shape each dish.
Functioning as a live extension of the Service95 newsletter, Dinner Service offers the chance to step away from the screen and into real conversations. You’ll dine alongside the writers, contributors and creatives behind the issue, with discussion around Moving Slowly unfolding throughout the evening.
Because culture isn’t just something to consume. It’s something to discuss, dissect and deliberate over – together.
Come ready to eat, drink and stay late.
