About the Masterclasses
Storytelling in Documentary Film
Ida Does will guide participants through crafting strong non-fiction narratives and translating journalistic stories into meaningful visual storytelling—using interviews, symbolism, and creative structure, even with limited resources.
Editorial choices & audience focus in documentary filmmaking
Patricia Cronie will walk through the editorial decisions behind shaping a documentary from idea to final cut, including refining the angle, structuring the story, working with broadcasters, and ensuring the film reaches its audience effectively.
