​Prior to Character.AI, Karandeep held senior leadership roles at Meta, where he led products including Workplace, Marketplace, Ads, and Payments, serving more than 200 million businesses worldwide. Before Meta, he spent 15 years at Microsoft helping build Azure into one of the world's leading cloud platforms. He later served as Chief Product Officer and President of Product at Brex.
