Dr. Vidya Chamundeswari Narasimhan is a scientist with over a decade of expertise in biomaterials, product, people, and process development.
She has led and coached teams dedicated to new product introduction, technology transfer and ensuring product continuity in the life sciences and biomanufacturing sector.
Vidya is deeply passionate about talent development, fostering inclusivity in STEM, and driving innovation with societal impact.
She serves as a Board Director for multiple nonprofit organizations and is the chapter lead(Tricities) for Tech2Step, where she advocates for networking, mental health awareness, and community empowerment.
Vidya is actively seeking opportunities to leverage her R&D leadership, advocacy experience, and commitment to meaningful change.
