Cha & Hana: The Bloom Ritual
this is just a rsvp waitlist to see who is interested!!! RSVP doesn’t guarantee ticket. You’ll be prompt to pay for ticket later once closer to date!
Two hours. Twenty people. One drink. Ikebana is the Japanese art of arranging flowers — and it works nothing like the bouquets you know. Instead of filling a vase, you use three stems, three angles, and a lot of empty space. What you leave out matters more than what you put in. You’ll learn the moribana form, the oldest and most useful one to start with, and build an arrangement from seasonal flowers and branches picked up that morning at the SF Flower Market.

Everything’s included and everything’s yours to keep:
· a ceramic vase
· a kenzan — the pin frog that holds the stems, and yours for life
· your flowers
· a drink
No experience needed. Genuinely none — this is a beginner’s class and most people arrive having never held a pair of floral shears. Join the interest list — no payment required.
