​Why "Co-Design"? Because the best festivals belong to everyone.

​The 2026 Festival is a milestone for our community, and we believe it shouldn't be programmed by a few people behind closed doors. We want to build a festival that truly reflects the spirit, talent, and diversity of our city.

​The Innovation Jam is our open invitation to you. We are inviting creatives, residents, students, organisers, dreamers, and doers to the drawing board. Your unique perspective is essential.

​This isn't just about giving feedback; it’s about rolling up our sleeves and building the program together, month by month.

​What to Expect at the Jam

• ​🎨 Low-Pressure Creativity: You don’t need to be an artist to attend. If you have an idea, no matter how small or "wild", it is welcome. We provide the markers, the maps, and the snacks.

• ​🤝 Networking with Purpose: Meet fellow community members who share a passion for culture, creativity, and city-shaping. Expand your network while making a tangible impact.

• ​💡 Direct Influence: The outcomes of these monthly Jams will directly inform the artists we book, the installations we build, the themes we explore, and the community hubs we activate for 2026.

• ​✨ A Safe Space for Bold Ideas: We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where "outside-the-box" thinking is encouraged and celebrated.

• ​📅 Frequency: Every First Tuesday of the Month

• ​⏰ Time: 3 PM – 4 PM

• ​📍 Location: I2N Hub, Honeysuckle. Room: Level 2, Meeting room Q209.

• ​🚶 How to get there:

  • ​Take the lift up to the Second Floor (Level 2).

  • ​Exit the lift and head down the hallway to your right.

  • ​Follow it to the very end, meeting room Q209 is on your left (directly opposite the Seminar Room).
