TechNisa Connect: Muslim Women in Tech Meetup
TechNisa Connect: Muslim Women in Tech Meetup is a gathering for Muslim women in tech to connect, share experiences, and build community in a space that is often missing from the industry.
This event is part of Toronto Tech Week and is hosted by the team behind TechNisa Hacks, a hackathon focused on supporting early-career Muslim women in tech. With TechNisa Hacks (https://technisahacks.com) coming up in late July, this meetup serves as a pre-event to bring people together in a more casual setting and create opportunities for meaningful conversations and connections ahead of the hackathon.
Attendees will have the chance to meet other students, early-career professionals, and builders across the Toronto tech ecosystem. The event will include light programming such as introductions, guided discussions, and open networking.
Whether you are just getting started in tech or already working in the field, this space is meant to be welcoming, low-pressure, and community-driven.
Toronto Tech Week is a citywide celebration of the people building what’s next. From May 25–29, 2026, founders, investors, and builders come together for hundreds of community-led events across Toronto, connecting tens of thousands of people around Canadian tech. Torontotechweek.com.
