We’ll talk about where we see things differently, where we align, and how we can work better together, with a shared focus on getting great talent hired and helping companies build strong teams.
We’ll also explore what the day-to-day actually looks like in each environment — so whether you’re already in recruiting or curious about agency vs. in-house as a career path, you’ll get a clearer view of both.

Agency POV: Swati Garg is a serial entrepreneur and CEO of Melo Associates, a talent firm specializing in revenue roles with a focus on post sales and customer growth in tech. She Co-Founded CuSP, a Chicago based Customer Success community that brings professionals together to connect and grow. Swati is an Amazon best selling co-author of The Customer Success Talent Playbook and a sought after speaker on hiring and the future of Customer Success. She has been named one of USA Today’s Top 10 Recruiting Experts and recognized as a Top 25 Customer Success leader, and continues to shape conversations around talent and leadership through her work and speaking.
In-House POV: Ashley Ebersberger is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Morningstar, a global provider of independent investment research and financial data. She has over 15 years of recruitment experience with a focus in financial and professional services. She has held roles at leading organizations including Morgan Stanley and EY and currently manages a recruiting team at Morningstar supporting corporate hiring. Ashley began her career in agency recruiting and brings deep expertise in sourcing, building scalable processes and high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. She holds a PHR certification and a degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
