Randburg Magistrate’s Court – Civil Section Court File Audit

​The Randburg Magistrate’s Court, together with the Johannesburg Attorneys’ Association, will be undertaking an audit of their civil section court files. In order to successfully do this, we require your help.

​In an effort to clean up, sort, and collate the 1st Floor Filing Room, the court staff require the assistance of practitioners and candidate attorneys who are willing to volunteer several hours on Saturday, 8 November 2025, and Saturday, 22 November 2025. A minimum of fifteen (15) volunteers per day is required to ensure successful completion of this initiative. Finalised times will be communicated once confirmed.

​Volunteers will be guided supervised senior members of the court’s administrative staff, with support and oversight from members of the judiciary. This will help ensure that the process runs smoothly and that everyone knows exactly what needs to be done on the day.

Please note that no food or beverages will be provided. Volunteers are kindly requested to bring their own refreshments as needed.
