​​​​Welcome to this week’s AI Governance Club session! Each week, we explore a key paper, policy proposal, or concept shaping the governance of AI systems - from regulatory frameworks to alignment challenges and institutional design.

​​​​For our next AI Governance Club session we will be discussing the The TRUMP AMERICA AI Act.

We encourage you to go through sections 101, 202, 302, 502, 504, 601, 602, 603, 711, 712, and 1101 of the Act before attending the session.

​​​​💬 What to Expect

​​​​We will start with a brief background by our host Christen Rao to set the context, but the main purpose of this session will be themed breakout rooms.

We do not expect you to turn your camera on. If you want to stay for the presentation part only (NB: it will be shorter than normal to leave time for the breakout sessions), that is fine. We will definitely have more sessions on the act as it plays out.
