About Event
Somos un grupo de diseñadoras de UX, UI y Producto Digital hispanohablantes. Nos encontramos una vez al mes a practicar inglés, hablando de diseño, un tema a la vez 👋

In May we'll discuss Performance Reviews: what they are, how they work, how they feel. Whether you’ve gone through formal reviews or you’re just getting feedback de vez en cuando, this one’s for you.
To prepare for the chat, let's hear it from Femke Design, and reflect on the questions for our session:
✨ How do you reflect on your growth as a diseñadora?
🧠 How do you prepare for reviews (or ask for one!)?
💬 Any tips on how to make feedback feel less scary and more useful?
See you there!
