Waypoint is Outpost Bio's family of open-source microbiome foundation models: open weights, open code, free to use. This is a live, hands-on walkthrough built for researchers.
We'll cover how to use Waypoint on your own data. Load the model, embed your samples, and fine-tune on your own cohort using a pre-formatted reference dataset.
The session will include a live Q&A with the research team that built Waypoint. Can't make the time? Register anyway, and we'll send you the recording and the materials.
