​Meet Your Guide – Sarah Kuruvilla
Sarah (MBA, MA Econ, MPA) is a former C-suite executive in global finance, tech, and nonprofits. After a personal financial collapse during the pandemic and a cross-continental move from Singapore to Los Angeles, she nearly lost everything—including her family. Sound healing didn’t just support her recovery—it saved her family.

​After two sabbaticals in the Himalayas, she now offers sound immersions using sacred, artisan-crafted instruments from India. She is the founder of Vedic Vibes Himalayan Sound & Retreats, and Vedic Vibes Foundation, serving foster youth, shelters, and veterans with trauma-informed wellness. Sarah is also a trained IOE Facilitator.
