Brain #2 - Build your second brain

​This is a build jam, not a talk. A short framing to set the problem, then a long working block where everyone builds side by side with hosts floating to unstick people, then demos of what worked and what broke. Capped at 40 so it stays a working room.

​Developers actively building agents; people who've shipped something and hit the wall where the demo works but the real thing doesn't. Founders, engineers, and technical operators building co-pilots for their own work. Tool-agnostic: bring whatever stack you build in.
