About Event

This one day gathering is designed to help men think bigger about their lives and futures while grounding those dreams in the discipline required to make them real.

Through talks, discussions, and practical sessions, we’ll explore how ambition and self control work hand in hand.

Whether you are building a career, a family, or a personal project, this conference will equip you with tools to not only imagine a better future but to walk steadily toward it.

Expect an evening of networking, panels, and honest conversations across generations. We’ll reflect on what the last generation got right, and challenge ourselves to think about what young men today need to do better.

Topics will range from leadership and ambition to faith, family, money, and discipline. It won’t just be another event — our aim is to create a transformative night for men, one that sparks vision and equips you with the mindset to make it happen.

Topics

“Dreamers or Doers?” — Why vision needs structure, and how discipline fuels achievement.

“Bridging the Generations” — What older men got right, where they fell short, and what the next generation can learn.

“Money, Manhood, and Meaning” — Building financial resilience without losing your values.

“Faith and Foundations” — How spiritual life shapes ambition, discipline, and purpose.

“Brotherhood That Lasts” — Why accountability and real friendships are vital for growth.

“Discipline in the Digital Age” — Overcoming distraction and building habits that stick.

“Fatherhood and Legacy” — Raising sons, shaping communities, and leaving something behind.

Dress code is smart.

If cost is a barrier, please apply to our Hardship Fund. We have a limited number of supported places and want to make sure money isn’t the reason you miss out. - https://forms.gle/BSfqAMkVv51PHbGw5
