AI Agents for Accessibility Hackathon
Spend a Saturday co-designing and building AI agents that tackle everyday accessibility challenges and work together with disabled people who will help shape the ideas and solutions from the start, bringing lived experience into the design process and making space for practical, thoughtful projects.
Join AI for Accessibility Collective (Stanford HAI, MIT Media Lab, University of Washington CREATE, Global Disability Innovation Hub and UCL) at UCL East for this hands-on hackathon supported by Google.org and AT2030.
Bring your curiosity, ideas, and energy, and help turn real-world challenges into tools that can make daily life more accessible.
Before the hackathon, there will be a developer QnA drop-in on 30th October 4pm - 5pm UK time. It will help you get familiar with the toolkit we will use for the hackathon.
Win prizes of up to $250 for the most novel, user-centric and technically sophisticated agent. But more importantly, connect, learn, and collaborate with disabled people, accessibility experts, and technical mentors to build solutions revenant that can truly impact life.
Finally, continue your hackathon journey with opportunities to connect with industry experts and gain valuable feedback.
