About Event

From cigarette factory to the home of industriell transformation: Join us for a guided tour bridging past and future. And a glimpse behind doors that are usually closed.

A walk through halls that shaped industrial history for decades as a cigarette factory. Unrenovated. Raw. Authentic. And right next door: transformation. New workspaces, new ideas, new purposes.

The former Philip Morris factory, which spans 30 buildings, has been undergoing development since 2022 to become a innovation campus for startups, production, and research.

NLND (Neuland) Berlin is a 150.000 sqm innovation district catalysing industrial transformation. We bring together industry and SMEs with universities, startups and government to create a European lighthouse project for AI, Deep Tech, Industry 4.0 and future city technologies.
