A Soft Pause to Refill is a gentle, end-of-day gathering created for women who pour so much into others and rarely get a moment for themselves. This 45-minute session is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and be poured back into with intention, softness, and care.
Together, we’ll reflect, reset, and reconnect with ourselves in a space that honors rest, emotional clarity, and inner grounding.
In this gathering, we’ll gently explore the idea of capacity — noticing what we’re currently holding, what feels aligned, and what may no longer fit. Not to fix or force change, but to listen with honesty and care.
