​​The whole point here is building your own system to handle stress tbh. We're basically just using contrast therapy to build up some discipline and physical resistance.
​​​​​the flow:
​​​​​sauna first. 15-20 mins of deep heat just to relax.
​​​​​ice plunge. This is the actual challenge part.
​​​​​Finish up with movement (squats, etc.) to force your body to warm up naturally.
​​​​​quick heads up: please don't jump in if you've got chronic heart stuff or major health issues. And just a reminder, I'm not some pro coach, literally just sharing my own daily routine. always listen to your body.
