​והשיחה התמלאה בhosting   ,environment variables  , בדאטהבייס שעוד אין לכם ובמפתח API שמסתבר שאסור לו להיות ב frontend .

​קלוד אומר שסיים. אתם לא בטוחים מה "סיים" אומר, ומה הייתם בודקים אם לא.

​המטרה היא להבין את הארכיטקטורה מספיק טוב כדי לנהל את הסוכן: מה לבקש, מה לבדוק, ואיפה זה יכול להתקיים. ארבע הרצאות עם דמואים חיים, תרשימים במקום קוד.

• ​אבטחה בסיסית: מפתחות API וסודות אף פעם לא ב-frontend, login, ומה עושים עם מידע של משתמשים

• ​לבחור בין שירותים בלי לטבוע באפשרויות, כולל עלויות ו-free tiers

​למי זה לא מתאים: מפתחים. את המפה הזאת אתם כבר מכירים, ותשתעממו. הסדנה ב-21.10 (Claude Code מתקדם) היא שלכם. ואם עוד לא בניתם כלום עם קלוד, התחילו ביום המתחילים. הסדנה הזאת ממשיכה מאיפה שהוא נגמר.

​You built an app with Claude on your own computer. This morning covers everything between that and a link you can send to someone.

​You built something that runs on your computer, maybe at our beginners day, maybe on your own. Then you asked Claude to "put it online," and the conversation filled up with hosting, environment variables, a database you don't have yet, and an API key that apparently must never sit in the frontend. Claude says it's done. You're not sure what "done" means, or what you'd check if it isn't.

​To be clear about the word: this is not production in the enterprise sense, and nobody leaves here a backend engineer. The goal is to understand the architecture well enough to direct the agent: what to ask for, what to check, and what can bite you. Four talks with live demos, diagrams instead of code.

• ​What changes when you ask the agent to "build this for production" instead of "build me a mockup," and what that costs you

• ​Repo, commit, branch, pull request, merge: the words the agent keeps using, in plain language

• ​Version history, and how to get back to the version that worked

• ​Why this is what lets you hand your code to an agent without holding your breath

​11:30-12:15 · Talk 3: Going online

• ​Where to host, and the difference between serverless and a server that is always running

• ​Deploy from GitHub, preview versus live, environment variables, and your own domain

• ​Where the data lives: why files saved "on the server" can vanish, and how to choose a database or storage

​12:30-13:15 · Talk 4: Grown-up decisions

• ​Security basics: API keys and secrets never in the frontend, login, and handling user data

• ​What changes when you have many users, or more than one server

• ​Choosing between services without drowning in options, plus costs and free tiers

• ​Reading logs when something breaks, so you can tell the agent what really happened

​Who it's for: managers, product people, researchers, designers, and engineers from fields outside software who already work with Claude or Claude Code and have built a small app on their own computer. Most are graduates of our beginners day.

​Who it's not for: developers. You already know this map and you'll be bored. The 21.10 workshop (Advanced Claude Code) is yours. And if you haven't built anything with Claude yet, start with the beginners day. This one picks up where it ends.

​Prerequisites: at least one small app you built with Claude or Claude Code · no coding knowledge needed · a laptop and a free GitHub account if you want to follow along (optional, everything is shown live on screen).
